Job posting demands 12 years of AI experience, but the Attention paper is only 9 years old

A job posting requiring "12 years of AI experience" drew mockery: even setting aside the 2017 Attention paper, AlexNet is only 14 years old and ResNet 11. Commenters note the requirement is practically impossible to meet, making it another absurd example of inflated AI hiring criteria.
