ComfyUI launches in-app Comfy Agent that edits workflows directly on your canvas
Merzmensch · x · 2026-10-02
ComfyUI has officially released its in-app agent, Comfy Agent, and early tester @gorkulus shared hands-on impressions ahead of launch.
- Key feature: The agent works inside your existing workflow — when you send a prompt, it sees the current state of your graph, including manual edits you've made, and its changes appear directly on the canvas in real time, with no reloading or new workflow versions.
- Collaboration: You can fluidly switch between tweaking parameters and running test generations yourself and asking the agent to build new parts, speeding up technical experimentation without losing creative control.
- Demo: The tester showcased a video created with Comfy Agent + Wan VACE to illustrate the agent working alongside a creative process.
