Basis Theory launched agentic payments & credentials infrastructure: it converts your existing cards, logins, and API keys into scoped, revocable "Agentic Credentials" so AI agents can pay, sign in, call privileged APIs, and complete browser tasks without ever holding the raw card numbers, passwords, or keys. Credentials are minted per amount, merchant, and time window, targeting use cases like agent-driven purchases, multi-provider travel booking, and subscription recovery. Sandbox and docs are live.
