Microsoft's burkeholland describes his new agentic workflow: instead of reading code, he assigns each project an AI lead in GitHub Copilot and makes everything its problem. The lead triages the backlog, spins up sessions, runs testing, opens PRs, merges, deploys and cleans up worktrees — while he just files issues.
