MiniMax H3 continuation clips break context: prompt generator has no memory of prior scene
SnooMacaroons1365 · reddit · 2026-10-02
A creator found that while single-generation clips with MiniMax H3 are polished, continuations suffer a major context disconnect. The H3 prompt generator produces different subject definitions and retention analysis each time, with no knowledge of the previous 15 seconds—e.g., a clip ends with two characters facing each other, but the continuation prompt says they turn to each other and start talking. Manual prompt fixes work but are inefficient; ChatGPT was unhelpful, Google.ai better but inconsistent. The author asks the community for workflows to keep continuity across continuation clips.
