Developer Maziyar Panahi spotted a new Perplexity model on Hugging Face: perplexity-ai/pplx-decider-v1-27b (27B parameters). The leaked chat template in the model card suggests a multimodal architecture supporting image/video input (with <|visionstart|> placeholders); official positioning and capabilities are yet to be announced.
