To address Minimax H3's VAE degrading images with color gradients, a community adapter (Efficient-Large-Model/H3-to-LTX-Latent-Adapter) passes H3 latents to LTX's VAE for higher-quality decoding. The poster tried it, found results look like they're missing a refinement step, and shares it hoping others can build on it to improve Minimax's image output.
