Claude Code bug on Windows blocks sleep with idle power requests

A GitHub issue (anthropics/claude-code #98794) reports that on Windows, Claude Code keeps issuing power requests even when idle for an hour, preventing the machine from sleeping. The user notes the "keep computer awake while Claude works" setting doesn't match actual behavior.
