Open Anonymity launches OA-chat and zkAPI, a zero-knowledge protocol co-built with Ethereum Foundation
kenziyuliu · x · 2026-10-02
The Open Anonymity Project shipped two updates:
- OA-chat is live: sign up with username/Google plus passkey to access frontier AI models privacy-first, with Ethereum wallet payments for zkAPI credits.
- zkAPI protocol: co-developed with the Ethereum Foundation (Vitalik Buterin, Davide Crapis et al.), a zero-knowledge protocol for accessing gated/paid APIs with unlinkability — a generalization of OA's unlinkable inference that also abstracts away payments, enabling anonymous Ethereum payments.
Privacy features include unlinkable inference, TEE-based verifiable no-logging, GPU-enclave query rewriting to strip PII and writing-style fingerprints, and on-device user-owned memory agents.
