SoftBank wires final $10B into OpenAI, sells Nvidia stake, now owns ~13%

SoftBank has reportedly wired its final $10 billion into OpenAI. Masa sold his entire Nvidia stake to fund the initial payment and had to issue an $11.1B junk bond to cover the final check. SoftBank now holds roughly 13% of OpenAI.
