Dev shares a Claude Code docs skill that keeps README and agent instructions in sync with code

Developer SeanOliver open-sourced a docs skill for Claude Code that keeps README, roadmap, and agent instructions in line with the actual app.
Key practices (full SKILL.md published):
- Distinguish living docs (README, ROADMAP, skills — editable) from dated records (docs/plans, bugs — only fix broken links);
- Handle being behind GitHub main by fetching first before auditing;
- Also check user-visible strings restating the same facts (help sheet, level notes, layout.tsx metadata), changed only in a separate commit.
On first use it caught a README still describing a Notes switch he had replaced, with no mention of the newer Home, hints, or Learn features.
