Claude Runs Limited-Time Promo: Artifact Work Consumes 50% Less Usage Limits

Anthropic announced an Artifact usage promotion running October 1–15, 2026: after you create a design, deck, or doc in Claude, subsequent work in that conversation uses 50% less of your five-hour session limit. It applies automatically on Pro, Max, and Team plans (not Free or Enterprise).
- In-chat: after Claude creates or edits an artifact, the next 10 messages are discounted
- Per-reply: up to the first 15 steps (searches, tool calls, artifact updates) count at the discounted rate
- Starting a chat via the Document/Presentation/Design output menu applies the discount from the first message
- Anthropic is also promoting Claude Sonnet 5.5 for design and slides, claiming minimal editing needed
