Mirai, backed by a16z @Speedrun, launched what it calls the world's first virtual neighborhood tour: type in any address and get an explorable simulation of the surrounding area — walk the streets, visit the nearby café, or preview your commute before moving. The team sees world models as the next way humans experience the physical world and is building the application layer on top, starting with real estate for agents, brokerages, listing platforms, and developers.
