Cloudflare has released clef-flash on Hugging Face under the Apache 2.0 license, positioned as an open alternative to Jev.
A flash variant based on Qwen3.5-9B is also available. The model ships with a chat template supporting image and video inputs, making it suitable for deployments that need a permissively licensed multimodal open model.
