A creator turned a blurry 2021 doorbell-cam clip of a bobcat attack in Burgaw, NC into a 24-second cinematic video with all camera angles, using one workflow: feed the clip and news article to Claude (CCTV skill) to write the video prompt, generate with Seedance 2.5 at 480P, then have Claude refine the prompt and regenerate at 720P.
