kwargq experiments with router-style model schemes, API release planned

The kwargq team says it has been experimenting with router-esque models and routing schemes for weeks, with the culmination hopefully shipping via API on its official platform. The system internally used exclusively Hy4 preview and Qwen 3.8 Flash, with more updates promised.
