Move a spine X-ray landmark 10 pixels, local 3B model re-explains in under a second
helloiamleonie · x · 2026-10-02
OpenMedAI demoed a medical imaging AI workflow: shifting one landmark on a spine X-ray by just 10 pixels changes the L4-L5 angle from 10.5° to 8.3°, making the AI's prior explanation stale. OpenMed Spine Lab flags the change and invokes LiquidAI's LFM2.5-VL-3B vision model to explain the new values in under a second, fully locally.
