Autonomous confirmed its fully-assembled open-source companion robot Lamp is boxed and shipping this month at $499 (down from $999), with a 1-year warranty. Recent updates detail an ElevenLabs Eleven v4 voice making Lamp far more expressive, a new 'Jev' classifier layer that routes only complex requests to the main reasoning brain for faster responses, and a new sensor letting Lamp sense the room.
