Warp launches Factories-as-Code: one repo configures all your agents
vikvang1 · x · 2026-10-02
Warp introduced 'Factories as Code', a Terraform-like spec defining your entire agent setup in one repository: agents and orchestration (work routing, model choice), automations (events/schedules), access and environments (repos, secrets, MCP servers, federated cloud access via AWS roles), and measurement (scorers, benchmarks). Because it's all code, both engineers and agents can propose and version-test changes to the factory itself, enabling a measured approach to optimizing cost and performance.
