Arceus Legal launches with $17M led by Greycroft to fix law firm pain
eptwts · x · 2026-10-02
Arceus Legal, founded by serial founder Mac Liu, has launched with $17M in funding led by Greycroft, with participation from Craft Ventures, SPC and others.
The pitch comes from personal pain: Liu cycled through four or five law firms as a founder, always facing the same problems — waiting on critical matters with no visibility, re-explaining his business repeatedly, and dreading billed-by-the-minute calls. Arceus aims to build a law firm that "moves faster, costs less, and puts the client first," using AI to modernize legal services.
