An indie developer revealed that someone found his game on Twitter, fed it into an AI tool to recreate it, and is now threatening to publish the clone on Steam unless paid $200. He refused to pay and shared the story as a warning: projects shared publicly can apparently be AI-recreated almost immediately, and he suspects he's not the only target. The reposter called it "Dark Forestry at new levels."
