Bocconi paper: teach causal reasoning in the age of LLMs

Ronnie Chatterji and colleagues at Università Bocconi published a paper asking what schools should teach when everyone has AI. Their experiment points to causal reasoning: explaining why something works, when it might fail, and what others have missed. The paper, "Training novices to think in the age of large language models," appears on VoxEU.
