Thibault Sottiaux, who leads OpenAI's Codex, said usage on users' primary "dot" is currently virtually unlimited, so a simple reset isn't possible and he needs to "come up with something new fast." A user replied that the product is amazing and "too addictive," underscoring how heavy usage is straining the current quota design.
