Open-source MCP lets Claude handle App Store and Play Store submissions
Fidelissz · reddit · 2026-10-01
Developer Fidelissz released shipstores (MIT, install via uvx shipstores), an MCP server that lets Claude handle the worst part of shipping apps: uploading builds, filling listings and screenshots, setting privacy labels and countries, submitting for review, and even reading and replying to rejections. Works for Google Play too, including web-console-only "App content" forms.
Highlights:
- Most code written by Claude Code
- For steps with no public API, Claude drove a logged-in browser, watched console requests, and turned them into tools
- Every failed submission or rejection became a new tool, so it grew from real shipping
Caveat: web-console-based parts may break when Apple/Google change pages.
