RemoveWindowsAI: 13k-star script strips Copilot and Recall from Windows 11

Developer zoicware's open-source RemoveWindowsAI (13,000 stars, updated yesterday) removes Windows 11's built-in AI in one script: it disables Copilot, Recall and AI features in Paint, Notepad, Photos and Snipping Tool, deletes hidden 'non-removable' packages, blocks Windows Update from reinstalling them, creates a restore point with a revert mode, and restores the classic AI-free versions of Notepad and Paint.
