SynthID Bio Watermarking Tested Only on AlphaFold 3 But Should Generalize, Author Says

In an X thread, the author explains their SynthID Bio-structure protein watermarking work: it was applied only to AlphaFold 3, but the watermarking loss should generalize to similar SOTA folding architectures. The method skips two-stage training by reusing one of AlphaFold 3's fine-tuning stages. Differentiability and watermark interference remain open questions for the community.
