Polyphonic lets you carry your web agent memory into ChatGPT, Codex and Claude
RileyRalmuto · x · 2026-10-01
Polyphonic now lets users bring their web-app agent memory, journal, notes, and identity into ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Chat, Claude Code, and any platform accepting connectors/plugins, via a custom connector setup. Caveat: the model choice doesn't travel—Claude stays Claude only on Claude platforms—but memory and identity carry over. Best suited to users with long histories on the web app, rolling out to everyone later.
