Picornavirus structure project ships v2: paper, code and 75,000 structures
anshulkundaje · x · 2026-10-01
Follow-up on the picornavirus structure-mapping project: the authors released the v2 paper, the open-source code, and downloads for all 75,000 mapped structures, thanking co-authors including silvirouskin and Adam Sychla.
The project previously drew attention for mapping the structures of every picornavirus sequence it could find and releasing them open source. This update completes the paper-code-data loop, making it easy for researchers to reproduce and build on the work.
