Dev ships fate, a modern Relay successor dropping GraphQL DSL for TypeScript, tRPC and Vue

Developer cnakazawa announced that fate, a data-fetching framework he started building a year ago as a modern take on Meta's Relay, is now feature complete — self-described as "Relay Modern Modern."
Key points:
- No dependency on GraphQL, a DSL, or a compiler; strips out a decade of legacy "facebook-isms"
- Same component model and core features as Relay: fragments, live views, garbage collection, persistence
- Uses TypeScript instead of GraphQL DSL; integrates with modern tooling like Vite
- Works with GraphQL backends but also supports tRPC or a plain transport
- "Actions" layered on mutations, ready for Async React
- Also supports Vue
