AI agent Muse files full Anker warranty claim, reading serial number and uploading invoice on its own

tferris's Anker Prime 8-in-1 240W charging station (A91B2) died, and with his ChatGPT Pro hardware still not shipped, he tried the Muse agent instead. Muse read the serial number off the bottom of the unit, uploaded the invoice, and handled the entire Anker warranty claim autonomously. armandruiz highlighted it as the agent "just owning the broken thing" end to end.
