AgenticROS taps Antigravity CLI to drive ROS 2 robots free on your Gemini subscription
chrismatthieu · x · 2026-10-01
- AgenticROS now supports Google's Antigravity CLI (agy) to control ROS 2 robots through the same MCP server used by Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes.
- No separate adapter or GEMINIAPIKEY needed — agy reuses your existing Antigravity/Gemini subscription, pitched as limitless free agentic tokens.
- Setup: Node 20+, built AgenticROS, a ROS 2 transport (Zenoh/rosbridge/DDS), Antigravity CLI on PATH, plus one interactive agy session to cache credentials; then agenticros agy setup and agenticros agy doctor.
- Distinct from agenticros-gemini, which calls the Gemini API with a key.
