webAI's 3.66B open model TwIL-LM3-Pro is now available on Hugging Face (webAI-Official/TwIL-LM3-Pro), downloadable and runnable locally via llama.cpp. Earlier reports said it leads small models like VibeThinker-3B on formal-logic evaluations.
