BiliBili open-sources Index-Translate: 150-language translation and dubbing models

BiliBili's Index LLM team released Index-Translate and companion models under Apache-2.0:
- Index-Translate: 150 text languages in 2B, 9B, and 35B-A3B (preview) sizes, with controllable terminology, style, and output format (e.g., preserving product names, JSON placeholders).
- Index-NativeLong: whole-document translation using full context for consistent names and terms.
- Index-Homura: syllable-budgeted lines for dubbing scripts.
- Index-Echo: multilingual subtitles plus speech-to-speech translation referencing the source speaker's voice.
Demos show English→Japanese dubbing and six-language subtitles. Demo, GitHub repo, and Hugging Face collection are live; the team is soliciting translation-error examples.
