Runway Launches Runway Ads, an Autonomous Engine for Performance Marketing, Opens Early Access
runwayml · x · 2026-10-01
Runway CPO Anthony Maggio unveiled Runway Ads, an autonomous engine for performance marketing now open for early access.
Key capabilities:
- Connect ad platform accounts plus a brand kit, and it agentically generates video/image creative variants from past winning ads, tagging each by hook, audience, format, and CTA
- Auto-resizes for every placement, localizes on-screen text and product screenshots, and publishes approved variants directly to connected platforms with results read back in one place
- Budget guardrails (daily spend shift caps, retargeting limits) and human approval on by default, with optional automated publishing
Aimed at DTC brands, ecommerce, mobile apps, and agencies, it targets scaling ad output and performance without growing the team.
