Micron: FY2027 memory and storage supply-demand will be much tighter than FY2026

On its earnings call, Micron said that despite a strong fiscal 2026, it expects fiscal 2027 to be even better, with industry demand strengthening since the last earnings call and memory/storage supply-demand conditions expected to be much tighter in FY2027 and FY2028 — a clear signal of continued AI-driven pressure on the memory supply chain.
