Inception launches Mercury Decide, a structured decision model hitting 14 decisions per second

- Inception introduced Mercury Decide, billed as the smartest decision model on OpenRouter and now free in early access.
- It's a structured decision model (System One endpoint): send a state plus typed questions, and it returns a choice, score, or yes/no answer with calibrated probabilities straight from the model rather than text — so output tokens are free.
- Up to 14 decisions per second, 33K context, same /v1/systemone schema as Jev; demo shows it playing chess against Jev.
- Designed so decision systems can run it on every case and escalate uncertain ones to humans. Served via OpenRouter's Decisions API, not the OpenAI-compatible chat endpoint.
