The Open Scientific Intelligence Hackathon (Oct 21-22) has raised over $15,000 in sponsor prizes and offers hybrid participation with in-person sites from SF to Sydney. It targets researchers exploring frontier AI for materials, chemistry, engineering and physics, with a community of 1,600+ researchers. Sponsorships of AI credits and hardware are still open.
