OuterSignal founder Noah Friedman announced a $22M Series A. The company spun out a year ago from a founder-built tool, growing from 2 to 25 employees and from a handful of early customers to thousands. It trains in-house models to help consumer businesses in e-commerce, hospitality, and mobile apps understand and market to customers. The new capital will fund faster product shipping.
