Topos Bio launches Topos-2 and Topos-Bind to model disordered 'undruggable' proteins

Topos Bio announces Topos-2, an all-atom generative model producing the full range of protein shapes across the order-disorder spectrum; it beats all other models on the independent PeptoneBench benchmark (vs SAXS and NMR experiments).
Also previews Topos-Bind, claimed to be the first generative model capturing conformations of disordered proteins bound to small molecules. On Alzheimer's target amyloid-β with 22 small molecules, it reproduces broad MD-like shape distributions where rival cofolding models collapse to a narrow range.
Context: 3 of 5 human proteins contain disordered regions >30 residues, tied to cancer, neurodegeneration and metabolic disease — historically "undruggable".
