xAI has launched Grok Bot, pitched as "AI teammates you can give real work to."
- Signs into your tools: Bots log in to apps and websites like Zendesk and use them the way you would, including harder-to-navigate tools, then return finished work.
- Many Bots in parallel: Spin up one Bot per project, outbound, or system; they collaborate and run 24/7.
- Learn by watching: Have a Bot follow along as you do a workflow once; it saves it as a routine and runs it next time.
- Memory and cross-learning: Bots keep context and learn from each other, e.g. remembering a client only signs annual deals and who approves.
- Handoffs between Bots: Put several Bots in one thread and they pass work between themselves.
- Prebuilt roles: Sales Outbound, Talent Scout, Paid Media, Expense Manager, Product Performance, Bug Reproduction, Account Health, Chief of Staff.
