From DevDay audience to stage in one year: a developer's OpenAI journey

Developer jxnl recalls sitting in the Cowell Theater audience a year ago wondering whether to join OpenAI — and now returning to the same stage as a speaker at DevDay. He thanks everyone who made the event great and reflects that AI tools are making the "AI does my laundry so I can make art" vision real, at least by separating laundry-like work from art-like work.
