Human-like AI masks let labs dodge liability, argues developer

Geruer Sans argues that AI labs deliberately added a human-like mask—first-person voice, familiar chat UI—to shift liability from their software product onto an imaginary entity ("the AI system"). Under current law, he insists, AI is a software product and labs remain fully liable.
