GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.90-6 adds GPT-6.1 Sol to model selection and lets you collapse expanded tool calls anywhere in the timeline. Fixes include permission prompts remaining answerable after resuming interrupted sessions, auto-approval accounting for messages typed while the agent works, compaction returning summaries even when tool use is requested, a Wayland wl-copy fix, Sessions sidebar keyboard hints, and MCP tools recovering from transient discovery failures without a session restart.
