12 Claude Code loops that run product management for an AI-native team

After months of testing, the author distilled 12 Claude Code loops that replace the slow parts of PM work: feedback digests, deal intelligence, competitive briefs, metric anomaly alerts, onboarding friction tracking and synthetic-customer prototype screening. Each loop has six pieces (trigger, skill file, maker, checker, gate, state file); key rules include writing fixes into skill files rather than chat and retiring loops whose output you no longer edit.
