Developer prototypes "gov.ca": an AI front-door concept for Canada's 1,500 government sites
RichardsonDx · x · 2026-09-30
A developer shared an unofficial concept prototype, gov.ca: a well-designed "AI front-door" that would let citizens access government services through conversation, complete with an interactive demo.
Canada has already consolidated 1,500+ sites into Canada.ca, and the author argues it still lacks a beautifully designed conversational AI entry point. The project is explicitly labeled a design concept, not an official government website.
