Saudi AI company HUMAIN announced an expanded strategic collaboration with EY to develop the first AI-native business process outsourcing (BPO) service in Saudi Arabia.
The new service category combines intelligent agents, automation, advanced analytics, and human expertise to help organizations operate more efficiently, make faster decisions, and unlock growth opportunities.
