Saudi AI company HUMAIN announced an expanded strategic collaboration with EY to develop the first AI-native business process outsourcing (BPO) service in Saudi Arabia.
Positioned as a new category of AI-enabled services, it combines intelligent agents, automation, advanced analytics, and human expertise to help organizations operate more efficiently, make faster decisions, and unlock growth opportunities.
