Cloudflare Issues beta groups production errors and dispatches them to coding agents

Cloudflare launched Issues (open beta), built-in error monitoring for Workers. It groups repeated exceptions, 5xx responses and error logs into one issue, then ships the error, stack trace, logs, traces and Worker version to your configured coding agent to triage, diagnose and open bugfix PRs. One line of config, no extra instrumentation. The blog includes a copy-paste prompt for the full diagnose-fix-verify loop.
