Cloudflare launches Workers Issues: built-in error monitoring that feeds production failures straight to your coding agent

Cloudflare announced Issues (open beta), built-in error monitoring for Workers. It groups repeated exceptions, 5xx responses and error logs into a single issue, then sends the error, stack trace, logs, traces and Worker version directly to a configured coding agent, triggering triage, further data queries, and pull requests. The pitch: production errors shouldn't sit in a dashboard waiting for someone to copy a stack trace into a prompt. The post includes a working prompt setup using the cf CLI to list the most frequent issue, retrieve an occurrence, and have the agent diagnose and fix it.
