Grok Build v1.0.45: custom agents in spawn_subagent, auto-refreshing MCP credentials

Grok Build v1.0.45 upgrades custom agents and multi-agent orchestration:
- spawnsubagent can now directly pick custom agents from plugins or user config, making orchestration more flexible
- MCP servers support a token file re-read on every request, keeping rotating credentials fresh
- Models show a colored notice banner above the prompt while selected
- Fixed subagent wait-status display when waiting on multiple subagents
The prior v1.0.44 added macOS sandboxing via the system Seatbelt backend, multiple context window sizes per model with a /context-window command, and safer parallel file edits.
